When there is a dispute with the Tax Agency: an inspection, a proposed assessment, a penalty, derived liability or an appeal. Also in complex transactions such as restructurings, company sales or inheritances with significant assets. In our firm, lawyers and economists work together on every case.
Generally, one month from the day after notification to file an appeal for reconsideration or an economic-administrative claim. For allegations against a proposal, the deadline is usually 10 working days. Contact us as soon as you receive the letter.
In many cases, yes. The law provides for a 30% reduction for agreement and a 40% reduction for prompt payment, and we also check whether the penalty is properly reasoned or whether culpability can be challenged. We analyse each case before deciding whether to appeal or accept.
